We have obtained a business license, a kennel license, a Dishonesty Bond & Liability Insurance, and is Certified in Pet First Aid.
We are also a member of Pet Sitters International, Pet Care Service Association, and Better Business Bureau.
The owner of Total Pet Care, Noriko Kobayashi, graduated Pet’s World Academy, and is certified for Basic Grooming Class by 4 Dogs Grooming Academy. For customer satisfaction, she is always willing to learn and improve her knowledge for the best pet care service.
TPC started on June, 2003 as a basic dog walking and drop-in visit service.
Later, she started a pet boarding service and a pet import/export service.
With the great support of our customers, we were able to open a new dog hotel in the Fall of 2009.
At the same time, many more clients and new staffs joined TPC. All staffs at TPC are professionally trained and will satisfy your special needs. |
