Q: Would our dog be fine if he is not socialized with other dogs?
A: At TPC, our trained staff will guide your dog through the meeting of other dogs. We will let your dog get use to the environment step by step.

Q: What should I bring for boarding?
A: Please bring your own dog food, doggie bed (crates, cage, blanket, clothes with your smell on)
Please do not bring food bowl. TPC uses disinfected food bowls for each dog.

Q: My dog has been sleeping a lot since he got home. What is wrong?
A: Dogs are very delicate animals, especially in the change of an environment. They may have diarrhea or sleep through couple of days after boarding. Please let your dog rest and keep an eye on him until he has adjusted back to his home environment.

Q: My dog lost his weight during the stay at TPC. Did other dogs take his food?
A: TPC is a spacious cage-free boarding facility and some dogs will be exercising more than usual. Therefore, your dog’s weight can be affected for increased activity here at TPC. During the dog’s mealtime, TPC staff supervises every single dog until the dog finishes the meal. We do not let the dogs share meals or be taken by other dogs.

Q: My dog loves to play with other dogs. What if he came back dirty?
A: TPC is a cage-free boarding facility and dogs will be in contact with each other (even the shy ones). If your dog will be staying long or you know that your dog will be playing with other dogs, we strongly recommend a shampoo ($25~).

Q: What if my dog came back home with an illness after boarding?
A: At TPC, we require every dog to be current on vaccinations (DHLPP, Bordetella, Rabies). Please be aware that vaccines do not protect against all communicable illness such as fleas, kennel cough, redness of an eye, etc. at owners expense.

Q: Do you have long-term boarding? Would there be discounts?
A: Yes. If your dog board with us for more than a week (7 nights) you will get 10% off. Please ask us if you have questions about long-term boarding.

Q: Can I just walk in?
Q: Do I need to make an appointment?

A: We require an appointment prior to any service done at TPC. For new customers, please make an appointment for a meeting with your pet and for a tour of our facility.
